Shipping policy

8PE products are made to order. Most customer orders are produced in about one week. Domestic carrier transit typically takes an additional 2–7 days after production. Production and delivery timing is estimated and may vary by product, order size, stock availability, destination, or carrier conditions. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, address issues, or other circumstances outside our control. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact hello@8pewear.com as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected; changes cannot be guaranteed after production begins.
