Refund policy

Because 8PE products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or preference changes. Please review the product description and size guide before ordering.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, email hello@8pewear.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the claim and, when approved, arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

This policy does not limit any rights provided by applicable law.
